KingCast/Mortgage Movies Stills and Video from Seattle Neighborhood Council Meeting 30 September 2013.

This is an impromptu video I shot from my iPhone of Candidate Kshama Sawant a few days ago at Bill's Off Broadway the first time I met her. I hope to conduct short interviews of her and Richard Conlin in early October. I am intrigued to hear some of the candidates openly discuss Mortgage Principal Reduction. The banking industry has destroyed this economy, and it was a calculated move that even I was unaware of as a closing attorney 11 years ago.... but there are rays of hope. Just today in this journal post and video I noted that Judge Robert Drain out of NY Bankruptcy Court sanctioned Bank of America for abuse, but it is truly a drop in the bucket. Anyway, here is the CNC invite.

More at Tumblr; Video production by tomorrow evening. More stills below the fold.

PS: When I'm not on politics or mortgages I'm on a motorcycle... And I support Ballard Backfire Night as one of the best things any community could ever have! Videos here.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Celebrate Judge Drain Contempt Sanctions Against Bank of America in Ramos v. BoA BK SDNY No. 10-23019.

BoA always reading our websites to see how much we know about their corruption:

Here is Gretchen Morgenson's NYTimes story, "Why Judges are Scowling at Banks." Video forthcoming.
This month, the matter came before Robert D. Drain, a federal bankruptcy judge in New York. Judge Drain found Bank of America in contempt of the debt discharge order protecting the Ramoses and required the bank to pay Mr. Schwartz’s legal bills in the case. The judge also ordered the bank to pay $10,000 a month in sanctions to the Ramoses until it stopped making the repayment demands. Judge Drain acknowledged that it wasn’t a lot of money to Bank of America. But, he said, he hoped that its lawyers would get the message. “This is not just a stupid mistake” by the bank, the judge said. “This is a policy.”
I like Reporter Morgenson; I think she gets it. But even then I have helped her with Due Diligence regarding BoA's Anne M. Finucane and her rotten plagiarist husband Mike Barnicle

KingCast/Mortgage Movies See Pennsylvania Federal Judge Assigned to Lorayne Souders' BoA FDCPA Case Hearing Shifted to POTUS/Nick Savino Threat Case.

Update: My apologies to former pro circuit tennis player Nick Saviano.... a Freudian slip in the headline yesterday.

Holy cow. Just two days ago I was noting that POTUS was again reading KingCast/Mortgage Movies and that I had shot President Obama several times but I'd never think that someone would actually allegedly (by ABC News)

a) write the White House and call him the Antichrist;
b) threaten to shoot him in a very different way than I have;
c) while maintaining an AR-15, long range scope and 11,000 rounds of ammo.

I'm going to reserve judgment on that but I'm sure that Judge Blewitt knows my opinion about the lying rats at Bank of America and their robo-signing pal Michelle Sjolander.... and I mean literally it is proved in the Court filings that Defendants lied about the date of receipt of her complaint in order to sneak into Federal Court on Removal grounds. By the time Plaintiff Souders figured out what was going on it was too late for her to file a formal Motion to Remand so the scumbuckets got away with it. Review the documentation of all of this, along with the relevant case of Bank of New York v. Alderazi,929 NYS 2nd. 198 (2011) here. Will Pennsylvania follow suit with Stare Decisis? Stay tuned as you watch this movie about Souders v. BoA.

U.S. Department of Justice Reads KingCast/Mortgage Movies for Phelan, Hallinan & Schmieg Fraudclosure Dirt; Mintz Levin Reads up on Joanna Marinova Defamation Lawsuit Against Boston Herald.

Us Dept Of Justice (
Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky And Popeo, P.c (

Note: Mintz Levin showed up again after I emailed them. Check the bottom of this journal post to see where they along with eMusic showed up today.  eMusic was again reading about Adam Klein, its scumbucket International Felon cum sexual harassment Defendant-who-settled.

I find it most interesting that the U.S. Department of Justice is reading up about the corrupt scumbag attorneys at Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg, particularly when Senator Robert Menendez (watch the movie) won't provide me the information I repeatedly requested regarding them after he and nine other Senators demanded mortgage information. This in spite of the fact that his own clerk told a homeowner and me to contact them after Phelan, Hallinan ran away from us and called the police, who then befriended us and asked "What the fuck is going on?" Watch the movie, above.

As to Mintz Levin attorneys for the Boston Herald, they are either in settlement negotiations with Joanna Marinova or they are digging around for more dirt relative to their client's patently defamatory statements that Ms. Marinova had sex with prison inmates. In point of fact that was just a subterfuge to divert attention away from the corruption behind the walls that Darrell Jones, Marinova, State Rep. Gloria Fox and his people were exposing. I have included a video of their failed attempt to subpoena me as journo. The Final Pretrial is January, 2014. WHDH already settled and apologized for rebroadcasting that bullshit. This all cracks me up, as a former scribe for large and medium press nobody has ever sued me for Defamation and no one over will do so successfully because I am a professional, whether they like me or not I couldn't care less.

New England is a trip. So many stupid, hateful people ruining things for all the good people who live there. I only come back to shoot video and visit family and friends these days. Read below the fold to see the exact links that U.S. DOJ and Mintz, Levin are reading.

POTUS Observed Reading KingCast/Mortgage Movies, Again.

Later today I'll post some of the many prior readings. I'm sure I don't have a clue as to how often POTUS is reading along because I don't check my tracker every day, and even when I do I only check the first page or two. Anyway, whatever, I've shot POTUS a few times..... that is him over my shoulder. This time he is reviewing a shady Revere, MA coverup in a grisly cop murder case and the putative next Mayor of Boston if things go wrong.... the incredibly shady and disrespectful DA Dan Conley.

KingCast/Mortgage Movies Bonus: Inside Edition Bonus: Pam Ragland Uses Intuition to Find Slain Boy and to Slam US Bank Fraudclosure.

It has been a year of intrigue for Pam Ragland (journal page) who most recently helped to locate an 11 year old boy whom authorities believe was murdered by his brother. Here is Slate hating on her even though the authorities give her full credit, go figure. That is the focus of yesterday's Final Edition segment (link) but in reality her other story of victory over U.S. Bank is equally compelling (Neil Garfield Living Lies link). Ms. Ragland prevailed in a fraudulent foreclosure case that has exposed more patent fraud then even I can imagine, as a former closing attorney. I joined her this morning for part one in a series in which she will stress the importance of educating from the bottom up, using multimedia to thwart the powers that be in the banking and judicial corporations. She will be discussing these matters in depth in her forthcoming book appropriately titled "Bankrobbers." Multimedia is the key, as noted by this grassroots movie in the making, "10 Questions: America's Fraudclosure Crisis."

KingCast/Mortgage Movies Dirty Judge Roundup: Ciaverella, Limas, Courtney and TARP Pinto Brothers Bribers to Prison.

Another tragedy has been reported in Pennsylvania's kids for cash scandal. Leaving court after his conviction, Judge Mark Ciavarella was confronted by the mother of one of his victims. Edward Kenzakoski was a champion athlete headed for a sure scholarship before being sentenced by judge Ciavarella. After his sentence, his life fell apart and he descended into depression and suicide. Using figures in the story, the judge's average take for Kenzakoski and others was $250.

KingCast and Mortgage Movies Watch Thomas P. Dore Laugh at his 90-Day Suspension from Law Practice as he and Dirty Judge Mickey Norman Smear Lipstick on a Pig at 1926 Wilson Point Road.

22 Jan 2014 -- I see Thomas P. Dore's friends at the County Courthouse reading along.

Video forthcoming. Finally, after all these years of systemic fraud Todd Wetzelberger, paralegal whistleblower Jose Portillo and the area taxpayers and homeowners have been deprived of any substantial Justice.
My phone interview with Mr. Portillo is here and there is more about his testimony regarding Attorney Matthew McDowell and John Burson disciplinary hearings here. Here's why: Thomas P. Dore was suspended from the practice of law for a mere 90 days even as the Court issued scathing commentary on his actions. The Maryland Court of Appeals opined, in Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland v. Thomas P. Dore, Misc. Docket AG No. 35, Sept. Term 2013 (August 20):
"The extent of Dore's violations and their ramifications is so great that “more than a slap on the wrist” is necessary to send the message to the legal community and the public at large that this Court has no tolerance for this type of conduct, and to restore the public's trust in the legal profession. [Editor's note: All he really got was a slap on the wrist, however -- when he should have been disbarred like Mark Howard Friedman.] We hold that a 90–day suspension would accomplish that goal. We refrain from an indefinite suspension only because of the many mitigating circumstances. The suspension shall commence thirty (30) days after the filing of this Opinion.
Chief Judge BELL would have imposed a reprimand only.
And there is much more than that in the opinion, which went in depth to discuss the Linda Green robo-signing fiasco as well as further description on the perilous effects of the attorney robo-signer:
When the Robo–Signer Is an Attorney The robo-signing practices clearly had an unsettling effect on the economy and homeowners, no matter who engaged in them. But these practices are even more disturbing when a member of the legal profession is involved. See Attorney Grievance Comm'n v. Vanderlinde, 364 Md. 376, 415, 773 A.2d 463, 486 (2001) ( “Attorneys should be held to higher standards [than members of the general public.]”). As the preamble to our rules of professional conduct makes clear, “as a member of the legal profession,” a lawyer is not only “a representative of clients,” but he is also “an officer of the legal system and a public citizen having special responsibility for the quality of justice.”
Indeed, our entire dispute resolution system depends on the integrity of the participants, who seek the truth through an adversarial presentation of evidence and arguments: Our adversary system for the resolution of disputes rests on the unshakable foundation that truth is the object of the system's process which is designed for the purpose of dispensing justice.
So to hell with concurring and dissenting Judge Bell; he might as well be bought and paid off by the banksters, in much the same fashion as hand-picked Judge Mickey Norman, as thoroughly noted in this journal entry but with much more to follow: Mickey Norman is basically everything that is wrong with America's judiciary, and we are still looking for audio from this spring's hearing relative to 1926 Wilson Point Road in which Norman threatened to have me arrested if I ran video of him holding his little kangaroo court as he flat out lied about the purpose and intent of Maryland Emergency Rule 14-207.1.  With regard to Todd Wetzelberger's point that Shannon Menapace and Dore used a clearly fraudulent conveyance from her to M&T Bank (look at it below the movie with the Sheriff in the thumbnail: Deed into Trust, then Deed from Menapace to M&T Bank, voila!), Judge Norman stated that "That's not the intent of the Rule." Fortunately the Court of Appeals did not lie and here is what it wrote regarding the Rule:
As the hearing judge pointed out, Dore's “actions contributed to the need for a change in the Rules governing foreclosure actions.” It was this very type of irregularity that “motivated Governor O'Malley and members of the Maryland Congressional delegation to seek a halt of foreclosure actions in Maryland.” This type of conduct also necessitated this Court's adoption, on an emergency basis, of Rule 14–207.1 and an amendment to Rules 14–2075 and 1–3116.
So Mickey Norman is an intellectually dishonest hillbilly jurist, check. Just look at his picture with his smug little smirk and you can pretty much smell the air of petty insouciance. And the Real Deal about Thomas P. Dore and why he gets away with so much because of Judges like Mickey Norman is well-chronicled in these short films regarding the Todd Wetzelberger Trust at 1926 Wilson Point Road:
